Booking & travel terms

  • Sessions must be booked at least 72 hours in advance so there is time to confirm details with you.
  • A 50% retainer is required to reserve the session date and time.
  • The remaining 50% is due on the day of the session.
  • Weather, unsafe conditions, or animal welfare concerns may require the session to be rescheduled.
  • If Noctrasol Photography reschedules for one of these reasons, the retainer transfers to the new date.
  • Client-requested cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the cancellation policy.
  • Final images are selected and professionally edited by the photographer.
  • Additional edited photographs beyond the included images are $5 each.
  • Prints are not included in the session price and may be purchased separately.
  • Car sessions can include optional short video clips: engine rev, start-up, and drive-by.

Travel calculation

Pet Photography
Travel within Regina is included. For locations outside Regina, additional travel is calculated on the applicable round-trip distance at $0.50/km.
Equine Photography
The first 75 km from Regina in each direction is included. Beyond 75 km, only the additional round-trip distance is charged at $0.50/km.
Car Photography
Travel within Regina is included. For locations outside Regina, additional travel is calculated on the applicable round-trip distance at $0.50/km.
